Project Manager

The Project Manager will coordinate the overall implementation of the assignment, its outputs, and rendering of activities within budget and time limits contracted.
He/she will develop the work plan, manage deliverables, identify required expertise, and allocate tasks.
He/she will actively participate in all the activities of the assignment, will be the main contact person of the Consultant and interface with MoE, RASH and EIB.

He/she will ideally have:

Qualifications and skills:
• Master’s degree in (computer)engineering, an MBA degree is preferred;
• Good knowledge of EU practices for HPC and broadband developments;
• Ability to work well independently and in teams and deliver under tight deadlines;
• Excellent problem solving and organisational skills;
• Ability to facilitate, consult and negotiate with a broad range of government partners;
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to travel;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
