Mr. Samuel Dratwa is a senior lecturer at Logtel and a telecom service-creation specialist. During the last 4 years he has been consulting operators and vendors on how to implement a “teleco service-creation environment” (SCE) and how to deliver (rapidly, efficiently and diversely) new services.
Mr. Dratwa has served the telecom industry throughout the past 25 years in Amdocs, Bezeq, At&t and currently in Dialogic. He holds experience in almost every part of the market: operators, vendors (OSS, BSS and infrastructure) and integrators.
His background working for operators includes an extensive practical experience as he served various departments such as: engineering, marketing, IT and management. Mr. Dratwa holds a Bs.c. in mechanical engineering from the Technion and a Bs.c in mathematics from the Open University.

Leeor Langer is the CTO of a startup company called Wearable Devices LTD. He is also a LogTel instructor and a data science advisor to a number of medical device companies. Leeor is especially interested in linking between mathematical methods and real-world problems. He has worked for both large and small companies, before founding his own, from Intel to startups such as BrandShield. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion and an MSc in Applied Mathematics from TAU.
